Terms of Service

These are the terms that govern access to and use of the Sendlens website and product. This is a plain-language draft; a counsel-reviewed version will replace it ahead of general availability. For questions in the meantime, email [email protected].

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Sendlens to send unsolicited email or violate any anti-spam law.
• Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or use the service to process personal data unlawfully.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rent Sendlens except as expressly allowed in a signed agreement.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure process, or access data that isn't yours.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you connect or upload. You grant us the rights we need to operate the service for you — storing, processing, displaying, and analyzing your campaign metadata. We don't sell your data or use it to train third-party models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Fees

The free tier includes the features listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance; unused credits don't carry over between billing periods unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active customers.

Service availability

We work to keep Sendlens available and responsive. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers can request a separate SLA.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment, with notice where practical. On termination we'll give you a reasonable window to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

Sendlens is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sendlens is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Changes

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email.
