Sendlens is a campaign intelligence platform for email marketers, marketing managers at SMEs, and freelance / agency operators. We connect to your ESPs — ActiveCampaign and Brevo today, more on the way — and build the analytics layer those platforms were never designed to ship.
Why we're building this
Every ESP we've worked with is good at the send. Template editors, scheduling, deliverability, segmentation — solved. What they don't solve is the layer above the send: comparing campaigns apples-to-apples, understanding why one email outperformed another, attributing revenue to specific creative choices, and surfacing patterns across hundreds of past campaigns.
That gap isn't an accident. ESPs are built around getting mail into an inbox. Post-send analytics is a different product entirely — and the people running those campaigns have been stuck piecing it together from CSV exports and Slack threads. Sendlens is the tool we wanted when we were in that seat.
How we work
We normalize every ESP into one dataset, fingerprint every email across fifteen-plus structured fields at send time, auto-cluster campaigns so comparisons mean something, attribute revenue to openers and clickers with a window you set, and surface the patterns behind your best performers with confidence scores attached.
You can browse everything in-product, or export clean CSVs to Sheets, Looker, or PowerBI. SQL is optional — we handle syncing, normalization, and pattern detection end-to-end.

Sendlens is built by a small team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We spend most of our time on calls with operators running ESPs, writing about what we learn on the blog, and shipping.
