This is a plain-language summary of how Sendlens ("we", "us") handles information about visitors to sendlens.com and users of the Sendlens product. A counsel-reviewed version will replace this draft ahead of general availability. If you have specific questions before then, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Website visitors. We collect standard server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, page viewed, timestamp). We do not run third-party tracking or advertising pixels on this marketing site.
• Product users. When you create a Sendlens account, we collect the name, email, and organization you provide, plus the ESP credentials you authorize us to use. We store the campaign metadata we sync from your ESP (sends, opens, clicks, campaign content) so we can analyze and display it to you.
• Email. If you email us, we retain the message and your email address so we can respond.

Why we collect it

• To operate and secure the Sendlens product.
• To provide the analytics you signed up for — fingerprinting, clustering, attribution, pattern detection.
• To answer your support and sales questions.
• To send product updates to customers who opt in.

Who we share it with

We share data with sub-processors strictly to run the service: infrastructure (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), email delivery (for transactional and customer support email), and ESP APIs you have connected. We do not sell personal data. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to satisfy tax, compliance, and dispute requirements. Website logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and the associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK/California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, limit access to production systems on a need-to-know basis, and rotate credentials regularly. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify account holders by email. Check back occasionally for updates.
